Your a LIAR.

You say you are “present here”.

You think you are living in this present moment.

But seriously, ARE YOU?

Your not, It’s always:

Either the anxieties of the future or the regrets of the past.

And between these two, you keep losing the now & here, the PRESENT.

Your brain will work over time to ensure that you are not present here.

It wants to be anywhere but here.

There's always some kind of FOMO, that there is something out there which is more valuable, more worthy of your time, than what your doing now.

And it doesn’t matter if you actually even get to there, your mind will still try to take you someplace else, anywhere but here.

• If you go for a holiday, it won't be there.

• If your at work it won't be there.

• If your making love, it still won't be there!

And you ask why do you wanna be here?

Why not dwell about the past or worry about the future?

Because 20 years down the line this is what you will remember as the GOOD OL DAYS & also, Because how else will you read my interesting, hilariously funny and witty posts 😎

So cherish the moment, and BE HERE!

And remember: The grass is greener where you water it, and not greener on the other side which is ofcourse (FOMO)
